FIADI Magazine

These editorial rules apply to the magazine "Informática y Derecho: Segunda época. Law and New Technologies Magazine”, of the Ibero-American Federation of Law and Information Technology Associations (FIADI).

Only original and unpublished works on Law and Technology will be published. The Editorial Board, with the assistance of the International Scientific Committee and different specialists, will assess the originals delivered through a system of blind pairs and approves the convenience or not of their publication.
